SECTION .0200 ‑ RULE‑MAKING

20 NCAC 09 .0201             RULE‑MAKING PROCEDURES

(a)  20 NCAC 1F .0100 shall govern the issuance of Rules by the agency.

(b)  All correspondence shall be addressed to the Secretary‑treasurer at the mailing address of the commission.
